By booking an appointment, you are reserving a dedicated time slot for your service. I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 40% cancellation fee. No-shows or failure to notify will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
